Submitting the website form records an enquiry and may hold the selected dates in our diary. A booking becomes confirmed only when our team accepts it and tells you that it is confirmed, subject to the payment arrangement provided to you.
Prices and payment
The website shows the expected complete price for the selected standard break. We confirm the final price and payment instructions personally. Use the booking reference we provide when making a payment. No payment is taken through this website.
Guest details and occupancy
You must provide accurate contact, party, pet and other requested information. The lead guest is responsible for the booking and for ensuring everyone in the party follows the lodge and park rules. Do not exceed the confirmed occupancy without our written agreement.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if plans change. Any change, cancellation, refund or date transfer depends on the terms confirmed for your booking and the circumstances at the time. We recommend suitable UK travel insurance.
Arrival, departure and care of the lodge
Follow the arrival, keysafe, parking and departure information sent before the stay. Treat the lodge, hot tub, neighbours, park, wildlife and equipment with care. Report problems promptly so we have a fair opportunity to help.
Park rules
Guests must follow current Felmoor Park rules, including rules communicated before arrival. E-scooters are not permitted on the park; dogs must be kept on leads; cigarette ends and other litter must be disposed of responsibly. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to the stay ending early.
Availability and events outside our control
We take reasonable care to keep availability accurate. If a technical error, essential maintenance, safety issue or event outside our reasonable control affects a stay, we will contact you and explain the options available.
